Welcome to GradRT. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GradRT website, platform, and membership services (“Services”). By accessing or using GradRT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

3. Membership Plan and Billing

 

GradRT offers annual memberships.


Membership

Billed in full at the time of purchase and valid for one (1) year from the activation date.


By purchasing a membership, you authorize GradRT to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan.

 

4. Use of Services

 

You agree to use GradRT for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute GradRT content or access.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

All content on GradRT—including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, videos, templates, RT Interview Essentials, and RT Survival Guide—is the property of GradRT or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.


You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal, educational purposes only.

 

6. Educational and Career Disclaimer

 

GradRT provides educational and career-related resources. We do not guarantee employment, certification, licensure, acceptance into academic programs, or specific career outcomes.


You are solely responsible for verifying information with official licensing boards, employers, and academic institutions.

 

7. Third-Party Services and Links

 

GradRT may include links to third-party websites, courses, or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties.

 

8. Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused our Services. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GradRT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, career opportunities, or business.


Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to GradRT in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GradRT, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

 

11. Changes to These Terms
